I had an amazing stay at Louis Hotel during my recent trip to the Christmas markets in Munich. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance of all the main sights. I loved being able to step out onto the street and be right at the Viktualienmarkt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were professional and were pretty good too make my stay enjoyable. From the friendly check-in process to the helpful recommendations for train times and prices, they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooftop bar was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring. I can't recommend Louis Hotel enough and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Munich.

The price of the hotel was quite high, and there were some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of information for the staff regarding optimal timing for housekeeping.

This hotel has some of the most luxurious amenities we have ever experienced. the exclusive catering service was absolutely fantastic and the in-room breakfast was both delicious and convenient. the private facilities were spacious and well-decorated, providing a truly indulgent stay.

The bar and lounge area did not live up to our expectations. Although the drinks were good, the service was lackluster and we found ourselves waiting longer than we would have liked for our orders to be taken.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the very central area of Munich. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the centre of everything. I was able to easily explore the wonderful city just steps from the hotel, including the beautiful square and vibrant markets. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with my spacious and comfortable room being kept immaculate by the housekeeping staff. The hotel facilities were great, offering a home-like relaxing atmosphere and classy ambiance.
